Abstract

What is the essence of that relationship?

"It is a scale whit two dishes on which there is a different specific weight: On the one hand the physician whit his professional education, who should be able to discover in each patient the greatness of his dignity as a person. This discovery should be made without taking in to consideration his financial or social conditions, his race, nationality or complexion, political party or religion, age or sex. The greatness of his dignity as a person is due to the fact that the person is crated to God's resemblance, He has created us as his sons. This is the reason why the person deserves delicacy, respect and love and at the same time this implies that sometimes he is trated as a son, others as a younger brother, others, as a twin brother and always whit the treatment due to a true friend, adding responsibility as a necessary ingredient. On the other hand, it's always expected that the patient collaborates whit sincerity, loyalty, trust and responsibility."
