Abstract

In this work, the author examines the problems of violence as a universal predicament pointed out by the WHO as a very serious global disease of enormous dimensions. In addition, the author illustrates and examines with a critical eye the preventive strategies proposed, in order to suggest new analysis elements not yet taken into consideration in the general outlook of this matter of universal concern.
