Abstract

This work is a brief analysis of the dialogic or communicative proposal relating to bioethics. It examines its deficiencies with regard to the postulates involving the so-called “civil society” as well as consensus envisaged as a strategy together with its direct implications in the grounds of individual and public decision. Ii denies the philosophical and practical validity of this proposal, and point out its major obstacles and errors
