Abstract

This article deal with biomedical social and legal straits involved in assisted reproduction technics, Outlines direct abuse of rights and life of embryo, in face of current issues and describes abiding social and legal debate on this matter: In a critical approach calls for a thoughtful consideration geared to establish medical and legal regulations avoiding ambigl1ity, in protection of individual's integrity and basic rights.
