Abstract

Human rights and dignity of individuals are at stake as a result of non natural genome manipulation altering or modifying body structure and essence.

Political and economic globalization imposing new order on world uniformity, leads to revival of some sort of biological racism through genetic discrimination, risking people of less developed nations to become genetic colonies for research and manufacture of live materials, unless those countries develop protective ethical and legal measures.

Human body’s dual dimension both as individual and species should be articulated to preserve dignity concept as the maximum credo against power biased statements supported by scientific thought, tending to establish standards on global uniformity of mass population to control every stage of life, advocating long dreamed eugenic genetic improvement, as part of a biopolitical issue.
