Abstract

Considering different uses applied to the tern manipulation, and according to definition and classification by scientific literature, personal manipulation is regarded as biological manipulation on the specific field of Genetic Engineering (differences between manipulation and Genetic Engineering, object of such manipulation, aims), and the carious manipulations suffered by humans.

At biological level (brain manipulation, organs transplant at surgical level (ovary transplant, in vitro fertilization), and at the gene level (chosen sex of kids, gene therapy, asexual and euphenetic reproduction).

Author wraps-up with several bioethics guidelines to address the manipulation issue (science and manipulation, manipulation and bioethics, the ethic values of individual as the core dimension of every manipulation, and finally the role of the bioethics scientific and the future of mankind).
