Biomedical clinical research demands a rigorous ethical analysis of studies involving human subjects, given the potential for exploitation or harm to participants. However, in practice, researchers often face challenges in conducting this evaluation effectively. This article offers a guide based on seven fundamental questions designed to facilitate the application of essential ethical principles in biomedical research projects. These questions aim to provide the research team with a practical and accessible framework for ethically evaluating their project without compromising the necessary rigor.
