Abstract

Last March 3, 2023, in Casablanca (Morrocos), 100 experts from 75 countries gave their concerns about surrogate motherhood. They concluded this practice "violates human dignity and contributes to the commodification of women and children". A Declaration was the result of the meeting and it requests States to totally abolish surrogate motherhood. Persona y Bioética Journal adds to this Declaration and publishes it for its readers.
