Inteligencia artificial en enfermería: desafíos éticos y bioéticos en el cuidado, la formación y la investigación

Resumen

La inteligencia artificial (IA), aunque presenta retos como privacidad, transparencia algorítmica y deshumanización, ofrece posibilidades para la enfermería. El objetivo de este artículo fue explorar la literatura sobre desafíos éticos y bioéticos asociados a su uso en el cuidado, la educación e investigación en enfermería y, para ello, se realizó una revisión exploratoria y se analizaron 44 estudios de más de 56 000 registros, y se redujeron con Rayyan®. Como resultado, emergieron cinco temáticas de su uso: en investigación clínica, entornos educativos, práctica de enfermería, riesgos tecnológicos, éticos y bioéticos emergentes y recomendaciones. Como conclusión, la IA ha mejorado las decisiones clínicas siguiendo un uso seguro, responsable y centrado en el bienestar del paciente, aunque requiere marcos éticos flexibles, formación continua y más investigación empírica.
